Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for optional analytics cookies.
How to submit a request
Email info@naibl.ca from the email address associated with your account or order. Include:
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, export, or analytics opt-out).
- Your account email or TrendDrop order ID.
- Enough detail for us to verify your identity.
Account deletion
You can delete your naibl account from Account settings while signed in. That removes your login and connected social accounts and signs you out of every naibl app. A Fanbase artist claim is released so the profile can be claimed again. Paid tickets, payout ledgers, and tax/platform reporting records are kept as required by law. Deletion is refused while a live paid show or in-flight payout would strand fans. You can also email info@naibl.cawith the subject line “Account deletion request.”
Analytics opt-out
You can reject analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner or the preferences control on our Cookie Policy page. This stops new analytics data from being collected in your browser going forward.
Response time
We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer; we will let you know if additional time is needed.
