Response time
We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days, as required under PIPEDA and other applicable laws. Complex requests may take longer; we will let you know if additional time is needed.
Account deletion
To delete your naibl.ca account, email [email protected]with the subject line “Account deletion request” from the address tied to the account. We will delete or anonymize personal data where we are not required to retain it for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
