Returns & Refunds

Because products are dropshipped from third-party suppliers, return eligibility depends on item condition, supplier rules, and timing. Mandatory consumer protections in your province, state, or country may still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order concerns must be received in writing within 30 days of placing the order or within 7 days of delivery, whichever is later.

• Item arrived damaged or defective.
• Wrong item shipped.
• Item materially different from the product description.
• Package lost in transit and not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window.

• Items marked final sale on the product page.
• Used, altered, or damaged items due to customer handling.
• Items returned without prior authorization.

• Email [email protected] with your order ID, reason for the request, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back, if a return shipment is required.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

After we approve a refund, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

Our policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada but do not override non-waivable rights you may have where you live.

If a return is required because of our error or a defective item, we will provide return instructions and may cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
